Neel is a nationally recognized leader in complex technology and intellectual property litigation, and a longtime champion of public interest work, diversity, and mentorship in the legal profession. He also founded Law Firm Partners United, a grassroots movement to create a collective voice for legal professionals who want to defend core legal and constitutional norms.
Neel currently serves on the Board of AccessLex and as president of the Vanderbilt Law School Advisory Board and has previously served on the boards of the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, the California Bar Foundation, and the Asian Pacific Fund, and founded the Bay Area Diversity Career Fair. He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law. He clerked for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Colorado and a U.S. Magistrate Judge in the Northern District of California.
