Vijay has 30 years of experience in advising senior management teams and boards at public and private energy and pharmaceutical companies on many enterprise risks including sensitive compliance, litigation and corporate governance matters. Vijay played a pivotal role in the founding of the South Asian Bar Association of North America, including serving as its second president, and with launching the SABA Foundation. He continues to play an instrumental role in advancing access to justice for the South Asian community and brings this dedication to building SAAJCO.
